2 Weeks notice.

This is a tough decision to make, especially because of the big day coming up on June 20th. But this is a choice I have been thinking about for awhile.

This was a decision I made for two main reasons.

I'm busy a lot more now than I was when I applied.

My relationship is getting serious, I have two jobs now, I have basketball nearly four times a week.

WG members are frustrating me. I have to be 'the bad guy' nearly every day, telling people off for flaming, telling people to sign up for wars, giving warn levels for not following the rules, giving warn levels to nearly half the yes sign ups who didn't show, as well as 5-10 people every war for not even signing up.

I don't want to be a bad guy, but being too easy is pointless. Some members obviously don't care anymore whether we succeed or die, and I don't want to be the leader of that anymore.


I will stay as an elite member for now, but will most likely be quitting Runescape altogether before the month is up.

We had our disagreements, and not gonna lie, at points I felt the same way about you and WG as Gene did with Justin and TBK. But after all that, when I looked a bit further, I realised that pretty much everything you've done was done to help WG, and you did your best at it. I respect that, and certainly can't argue with it in the end. In the few days I've been back, I can honestly say you've been a good leader.

All the best whatever you decide to do in RS and RL.

errrrrrrr . . . I'm not going to lie, this frustrates me. If you were being overwhelmed by being the one to give all the punishments maybe you should of said something in lvl 4?

The girl friend part is cool and actually I can be happy for you.

Happy for you taking the decision to move ahead IRL. This will be a sad day though - You played a huge part in making WG better. Thanks for your commitment and helpfulness.

Nah but in all seriousness Jayson, I gave you my old account because I knew that you wanted the best for WG and would do your best to see the clan succeed. You did a great job with your staff positions and we all need to move on eventually. Good luck with whatever you decide to do and all the best with RL.

I can understand all of that Jayson. You've done a great job as Raid Leader plus Council and respect for having the decency to step down when you've got other commitments.

Jayson and Randy,

Two key members in WG in my opinion. You didn't get your most intimidating staff member award for nothing I admit but you sure did your job to the greatest. Even though people might not agree with your decisions I always saw that you did the right thing and that's true leadership skills.

Standing your ground is a quality and even though some people might not like it you can always be sure that it only was for the betterment in the end. You with a very few others are amongst those who really loves wg. This is sad

But please, have some respect for the hard work and dedication they put in WG.
As a matter of fact, I don't like a member of council all that much but I won't go and flame him.
So please, follow suit, because being hated for flaming isn't worth it and it causes un-necessary bullshit.

So Jayson, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for putting a lot of time and effort into making WG better.
