Vephy & competitions

He thinks it's perfectly acceptable to be sending out PM's to all WG members saying that the competitions are still going, despite Mark and I putting them on pause. I gave him the reasoning, but it wasn't good enough for him, and he claimed I had no right to restrict WG members from participating in these competitions, and he also claims I am making WG more inactive by not hosting the comps.

He's gone about this in a very selfish and disrespectful manner. He begged people to vote for mining in the lobby the other day. When he found out the competitions were on pause, that was obviously just not okay with him. From my point of view, he's justifying himself in this by saying he's doing it for WG, but I believe it's equally if not more for himself.

I gave him 20% for sending out a mass PM and posting two topics that said "GTFO KEVIN".

If Vephy asks you to give people attendance points or other rewards for participating in his competitions, politely tell him no. Thank you.

Vephy's right tbh. you shouldnt just drop the clan for 2 weeks whilst some stupid June the 20th thing. Its like your trying ot kill the clan.

If you gave him the warn, don't punish those that participate. I mean if he is doing the work for it fine. I don't agree with the curse at you. That was disrespectful.

Before I read this he asked me about the competitions.

Member believing that they will be gone is a bad thing. I think that things need to progress like they should. We can not be waiting around like nothing is important to us or we will simply be giving up on our members.

Let him do it. But he can't be disrespecting you. I'll talk to him about that.

He is mad about the warn level and says that you should of known that was a joke to you. He talked about when he was council and how he would not be punishing a member for trying to hold events. He sees it as ridiculous.

Honestly, this is not what we need right now. Members like Vephy and will do the competition now just to spite you. It will cause drama.

If it were me I'd remove the warn level. Let him post the competition and participate in one of them. Take away the fact that you care he is doing it and the drama will die quickly. Being "right" is not always the most important. Sometimes "humble" works well too. But that is me. You have to decide what to do.

Why are you stressing over this? It really isn't hurting the clan to have the competitions. I understand the disrespect part but like I said in pm. It's hard for me to know the joking times cause you say smd to each other and all kinds of stuff like stfu and whatever. I assumed you and Vephy were on friendly terms til all this came up.

Where is Mark in all of this as one of these was his event. Mark are you upset as well?

Sorry, just got back, I'm not bothered. If he wants to do it he can go ahead. Noone ever listens to this shit that i say/do anyway.
