Someone got any got suggestions on what Protein Shake i should buy?
And a shake that gives you more endurance/gain weight.
Give me more ideas on what i should buy or replace.
I myself use Creatine and Whey Tech.

Det funker jo det gjør det jo.
Men lurer bare på om det finnes bedre produkter der ute
Men trenger fortsatt Weight Gain eller enn proteinshake som gir deg mer utoldenhet!

Also I just eat a decent ammount of protein in food while running, swimming, biking, doing landscaping and weight training, - But I'm not muscular really, just defined/wiry (because first and foremost I'm a runner)

Honestly, the best advice your ever gonna get, is to stop taking that crap.
But, just like everyone else out there, you probably won't listen.
Save the money, and invest in good natural food, protein is protein, so why the hell would you want to take it from a powder, when you can get the natural stuff in nuts/ meat/ and everyday food.
I get sick of the kids that want to lift with my friends and I, always asking what crap we use.

Do what you will with this, idc.
