Youtube Background! :D

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could make me a youtube background? I could do it its just i dont know how to make it fit to the actual youtube layout! 
Id need it too include these things:
The name: Anticipate Empire
Colors: Black Blue White Red (anything as long as it looks vibrant and lively.
Flames (blue or red)
Nothing runescape related thou!
If you have the time please could you make one i would appreciate it! Ill also pay with what little cash ive got!
