GTA or COD

If I can only get one of the two which do I get?
I've played the past versions of both and loved them so I'll like either.
I'll have XBL and that is a big part of the fun for me.

Is this a money issue?
If so, I'd say get GTA4 first ~ COD4 later.
They're both awsome games, so I'm sure you'll enjoy either...
But if you're in the position to get one or the other... Get GTA4, since it's probably the more expensive of the two.

GTA definitely. You can play GTA forever and just go on rampages and stuff. COD story mode is short and boring. Live is fun of course but I would wait to get COD.

Kill whoever says you can only get one and get both.
If thats not an option cuz ur too weak to do so, get CoD4.

Don't even kid, GTA kills CoD. CoD 4 is pretty fun, especially multiplayer, but it gets boring quick doesn't have the long lasting appeal of Halo 3 IMO.

I feel quite the opposite. lol
Halo 3 was a bit overrated for me.
Then again, I like realism, so I guess that explains why.
But ~ yeah, maybe GTA4 will keep you busy longer than COD4.
COD4 is mainly an online game... So, again, it goes back down to your own perference.

Realism's cool. I like that about CoD, but my problem is that I was never crazy hardcore about it, all the assault rifles felt the same, all the snipers did the same thing, shotties sucked, etc. I like the variety of Halo 3. Different maps play completely differently, all the weapons are unique, vehicles and such, custom maps, and I kinda kick ass at it.

Really? I thought the variety was decent.
I disagree, each gun had it's own special benefits and flaws... Some more subtle than others, of course, but they weren't all just the some ol' machine gun -- at least, not in my opinon.
That is one thing that sucks about COD4, though. NO VEHICLES!!!!

Oh I know, like I've seen the stat charts online about all the guns, but in the end it just didn't feel that different.
I got to say though, hardcore mode is awesome, all realistic shooters need a mode like that. No HUD, no nothin.

2. It's my money. If I want to go buy 10 games I'll buy 10 games, I just want to know which is better.

I would get both if money is not an Issue. If i was to pick i would say CoD4. It's fun online and more realistic.
