I Have An Issue

I'd rather not have us as a part of this.
WHAT THE HELL HAVE CLANS BECOME when clans have to commit to weekly wars against a select few others?

We've already lost SO much that is precious to clans:

1. THE WILDERNESS
2. Free trade
3. PKRI's (Even though I'm not a personal fan)
4. Loot
5. Over 300 opts

And now you want to give up these too:

1. Choosing whoever you want to fight against
2. Having breaks from warring
3. Unranked wars
4. Multi-clan fights
5. Custom rules (like old school)

You may say we can still do these things...
No, we can't. We'll be too caught up preparing for the wars for this league... and rankings... that we won't care about any other wars.

STAY OUT OF THE LEAGUE.
It's a pathetic thing for clans to do.
Please for God's sake stay away from it.

I guess that if we don't like it, we'll pull out of it. We have nothing to lose by trying it out.

Hmm... alright, I thought about it and I suppose trying it out won't harm us.
But be cautious.
We are at risk of losing a lot.

Sometimes thinking simply is the best.

We like it, we do it.
We don't like it, we don't do it.

I don't think it'll have much impact - we'll continue having the fights we want on the side, and with a bit of luck, we'll have fights against clans that are around the same strength, so that'll be cool.

Speaking of thinking simply...

It's simpler to declare a war for a weekend on a clan that we want.
It's LESS simple to organise a complex system of rankings and havet timetables with rigid rules.

Hey we're not organizing it, they are.

I find it more simple to have a war organized without hours of opponent searching.

The RAW ranking will still be in place...

Ok, I guess this will just be another "I told you so" thing.

Eventually Jagex have promised to make new "rules" for clan wars to allow clan leaders to choose over various things such as making returning possible and losing items upon death. The better and more familiar we become with Clan Wars over the coming weeks/months will help give us an advantage when this happens.

I can see we're going to be busy week in week out without time to relax ,hopefully people will keep coming to wars so we can recieve maximum attendance each time.

Eugene does speak some sense, if we have a war every week, it will get more and more of a drag, but if we only concentrate on this league and not have any other wars, then I'm sure we'll have maximum attendance.

Thing is, we can't overdose the clan, we can't put too much strain on them and keep ask them to come to wars. One war a week is enough to keep us going, but 3-4 Wars is too much, then we'll get split attendance.

Just make sure DZ, that you control the amount of wars we get and limit it per week, I'd say 2 Wars a week.

Other than straining the clan, I don't mind about the rigid rules, if it does harm us, Pull out.
