MotM & Promotions

It's that time again! Sorry it's a tad late.

Ok to clear things up, my reason for doing Promotions monthly, some people weren't exactly sure why I did it monthly:

We get applications accepted every day, we have tons of people joining Wg & Graduating, this makes the Guardian group bigger and bigger, and as expected, every month, people do a lot of work to show their loyalty to the clan by going to many events and treating everyone with respect. These promotions keep the clan balanced, it's like a reward for doing so well in WG. You may say it's just food to keep the power hungry healthy, but no, it's not, Promotions play a great part in society. It's just that the Higher Ups don't always notice this. I went from New Member to where I am now, and I was always proud with the rank and I had and I loved Wg for giving me a promotion, it showed that I was valued and respected for what I did for WG. Promotions are NOT a bad thing, it's not bad to desire a promotion. It's like how you get a pay rise at your workplace, it's instinct to work harder for the next pay rise.

One thing though: Don't ever ask for a promotion, just do the best you can for WG and Level Three will notice that, you won't go unnoticed.

Note: Higher Guardians - Your work has not gone unnoticed, I know some of you have tried your best to attain to every event possible, but the gap between Higher Guardian to Elite is pretty large, everything you do well is a step closer to Elite Guardian. Elite Guardians is the most likely group where the Council pick their future leaders, so please be patient.

Note: Trial Guardians - You cannot get a promotion for Guardian, Higher Guardian or Elite Guardian unless you graduate to Guardian first.

So let's start:

Guardian --> Higher Guardian

General199 - You have improved so fast since you joined WG, you have hosted countless events and made it very enjoyable for everyone in WG.

1colonel1 - You have been in Wg for a very long time, a slow start with inactivity hiccups, however you are very forum active and post very regularly with great advice.

Chappell44 - Lauren, you've done so much for the clan War wise and event wise, also helping Wg's economy rise by taking anyone on board to your GodWar trips, you may nag and whine when you see a flaw in our system, but your loyalty to WG can never go unnoticed.

Higher Guardian --> Elite Guardian

It's been a while since we had an Elite Guardian Promotion:

Anatcrafter - You've done so well for the clan, Runescape wise and event wise, you respect each member and you help them when you can. You've achieved countless 99's and you're a 138 Combat that Wg can be proud of. I could not think of a better choice than the ANat Crafter Congratulations.

Member of The Month - April

Lol, it's the middle of May, sorry for the delay.

And as usual, Samurai JM has made a lovely underbanner which is always changing each month so it's less boring =D. The award goes to:

Pur3laugh - You've gone to what? 25 events lol? You're always there when Wg need you, I have never seen you flame, I have never seen you insult, I haven't even seen you make a joke that is insulting, you are a great example of how New Members should be, I couldn't think of a better candidate for Member of The Month.

ive seen her stay awake till 4am, just to attend an event, she will do everything to attend one.

General, Colonel, and Chappell are all great members of the clan and I'm glad to see them promoted. Anat is an incredibly awesome guy and definitely deserves to be elite guardian for his hard work and commitment.
