¤ Application for Event Leader: Name: Indivi2you Join date: March 3rd, 2007 Time zone: EST What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? Well, i have a variety of events to offer. I try and think of events that are way underrated. Events or ideas that people don't really remember or think about. I have major activity to offer, and much respect and kindness. Some things i plan to do: Multi-Clan Skill Wars: I have had this idea for a long bit. Never had the time or power to make it go. This will consist of not only our allies, but other well known skill clans to give us some competition. This is something i hope goes through. Blast Furnace: I've held this event so many times. We always have some great fun, and decent attendance. Again, this is an event that is pretty highly underrated. Abyss/ZMI Runecrafting: Also an event i've held many times. This event really helps WG make some money, and it's some amazing rcing exp. Gnome Ball: We had this event earlier this month. It was a HUGE success. People came, had lots of fun. This is probably the most underrated event/game i've ever thought of. Yet to be held again. Multi-Clan FoG: This was held yesterday. I just realized how much fun it really was. Everyone had a Great time. Beating noobs is nothing, but fighting people your own level. From other Clans! It's like a tactical DM. Going to hold this soon too. This is just some of the events i like, i have so many more ideas. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Well, like i've said so many times before. I will never be highly inactive. The only thing that can distract me, is my finals in a month or so. Nothing HUGE, i'll still be around. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I have been around for quite a long time now. Almost all members know me, and know how i function. Everyone respects me, and i have the utmost respect for them. I think my activity plays such a major part in my role for this application. I am very mature and can deal with many issues. Is there anything else you would like to say? I've failed so many times. Always determined to come back by other peers and friends. I'll keep going at it. Good luck all other's who apply. <33 ~Saad |

¤ Application for Event Leader: Name: Yingyang06 Join date: September, 2007 Time zone: GMT What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? As an event leader i offer a wide knowledge of most events on the game from castle wars to God Wars. I am very active on Runescape and forums aswell as in IRC. Also as an event leader i will always be open to a wide varity of ideas about what events they should host. I have been in WG for a while and i know the job an event leader does is very important and i will keep the Attendance and Recaps up to date. I have only hosted 2 WG events to date and these were the halloween costume event (Amazing attendance) and a castle wars event with some of WG's allies. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? I have Exams 3 days this month (24th, 28th and 31st May) What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I do not put myself above anyone, i am equal to other members, i treat everyone with respect. Is there anything else you would like to say? I have been in WG for a while now and i have got to know it's members, Old and New. This helps to create a closer friendship with other clan members, which is vital for a member to succed. I have always said that Runescape is not a chore and i believe that if i am accepted for Event Leader then i can make Runescape fun for those who wish to come to events. When i first joined WG i had no idea what i was doing or how things work, but now i do. With this position i will try my best to live up to other members standards. Yingyang06 |

¤ Application for Event Leader: Name: Nirvanas Guy BRAP Join date: February 16 2008 Time zone: GMT fo lyfe What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? I have nothing to offer but myself. My skills as a person, my natural leadership. I like to think of myself as a go-getter, i push myself to the limit and make sure those around me do the same. I have impeccable linguistic skills and can communicate my message with untamed wit. Where Runescape is concerned I may not be the richest, i may not be the strongest but by God, I am the bravest. I'm a pretty nice guy too. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Not at all What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? Nothing I feel I'm equal with my peers, but if I was chosen as Event Leader, the difference would soon become evident. Is there anything else you would like to say? Thank you for the time you have taken to read this application, don't stress yourself over making the decision, and I'm sure the decision you do make will be just and fair. |

¤ Application for Event Leader: Name: General199 Join date: April 2008(Not sure on exact day.) Time zone: Eastern What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? I can offer quite a few things to Wg and I would like to state them. First of all, I am a highly active member of Wg in the Eastern timezone. I can fill that gap we have in between George's and Wind. Typically during a day I will check the forums multiple times and post throughout the day. This enables me to constantly keep the attendance up to date and help fix any mistakes. Also I am active in game so I can make/be at events. Secondly, I have already made some events and been able to be at them and host them. Even if I am not choosen as an Event Leader I will still make events for the members of Wg. As you might have noticed I am not just into making warring type events. Just the other day I hosted a Fishing Guild trip which turned out to be fun. Last of all, I am flexible with the types of events. I would love to host events in any skill and do any mini game in Runescape. This change of events will keep people up-beat and wanting to do different things. Not to mention even with the warring events I like to host I can host woodcutting events, fishing events, runecrafting events, etc. That is what I have to offer Wg. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? College will not make me inactive but it will just take me off the game and allowing me to play less. I will have to be studying and doing work of course but that should not make me less active on Irc or on the Forums. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I think one of the things that puts me above others applying for Event Leader is the fact that I have already shown I can host events and not only host just warring events. Is there anything else you would like to say? Thank you and I hope to given the great opportunity of being an Event Leader. |

¤ Application for Event Leader: Name: Mr Death 13 Join date: November 2007 Time zone: PST What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? I can offer a wide range of fun events as Event Leader. I have hosted a decent amount of events in the past which have been a lot of fun such as the Fishing Trawler and the KBD. I also hosted the intraclan skill war which was quite successful. Because of this, I want to start participating in skill wars with other clans because they are fun and help people train skills. I would also like to hold various other activities to keep WG filled with fun skilling events. Another thing is communication. I know it can sometime be frustrating have to wait a while to get an answer to something important, and I really would like to fix that. I am extremely active so I am always able to talk to you if you have a question/comment. I would always keep everything up to date and I would always be open to getting PMs. Finally, I'd also offer my attitude. I am extremely outgoing and I like to joke around a lot. I believe I am friends with everyone I meet in WG and I don't believe I've ever been mad or in a serious argument with someone. I love playing around and I'm very active in IRC and Runescape. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? I have Boy Scout camp for one week in the summer. Other then that, summer is when I'm most active and I will probably be on all day quite often. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I originally joined the Skill Sector of this clan. This shows my dedication to events and activities other than just combat. Is there anything else you would like to say? I've been in this clan for more then 5 months so I believe I have a good understanding of the members and what I need to do to become a successful leader in this clan. Thanks for giving me this opportunity, and good luck to all other candidates. |

¤ Application for Event Leader ¤ Name: Maddness990 Join date: 24/12/07 Time zone: GMT What do you have to offer as an Event Leader?Well, I am very active for a start. I am always rthinking of fresh ideas that could possably be amaizing events. I am very active on the forums, IRC and Teamspeak. I am always there to help a member in need. I am also a very responsible and mature person. My main thing I have to offer, is the fact that during events I wont take **** from anyone. Jokes are jokes but ofencive stuff is obviously punishable. If you ask any of the members(that talk to me) I'm a very mature and social person. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? No. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I have experiance in creating events and hosting them. I led a clan in which Nirvanas, Guns and Flame were in. Things went smoothly when I hosted the events most of the events were ones we all enjoyed. But in fairness everyone is equal and I doubt I'm above the other applicants in other aspects. I wil use great grammer, making it easy for people to understand my posts. Is there anything else you would like to say? I'll probably not get this but atleast I tryed to get what I think I'm good at already. Good luck to all others. |

¤ Application for Event Leader: Name: Zeth007 - Zeth Join date: 24th of June 2007 Time zone: GMT +1 What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? As an Event leader I'd offer the most important things needed from an Event Leader. Time. New Ideas. Friendship. And all of those 3 come together in a perfect way. For example. I could be able to spend time creating new events and making them even better by doing them with another clan or ally. The events I'd make: Wilderness Guardians hosted events on RSC and the RS forums. Such as Fishing Trawler. Castle wars Skilling out together events. All possible events which many people can do at once. This will both recruit more people to join and also make WG come together. I will come up with new ideas for events just for us and the events which we already have and think are good will of course stay. If there was to be a really important event at 4am, I'd be there. I've been in WG for a pretty long time and I know pretty much everyone in WG. This makes me able to see what kind of things/events WG would need to become better and make more members happy. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Yes there is, but not that much. Actually, in 2 days (On thursday) I'll be going to Oslo. I'll be there untill Monday. And also on the 25th of May. I don't see this as a major thing though since it's the only times I'm sure I'll be gone. I haven't got any big trips planned for this summer or anything like that. I've actually got nothing planned for this summer more than that I'll be in my summer house for like 3 months with nothing better to do than play Runescape and help WG grow. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I've been in WG for a pretty long time. I'm active in the IRC and the forums and I know mostly everyone in WG. I know what types of events the members of WG needs and wants. I've been application manager and that is also a kind of leader. Is there anything else you would like to say? Yes. Since when I joined WG I've always looked up to the leaders. I've always wanted to help WG. I joined just a few weeks before another WG member. His name was Gorgemaster. We became good friends. He helped me with Pyramid Plunder and a lot of other events and I thought of him as a really cool person. Gorgemaster made a lot of new events for WG and I went to most of them. After a few weeks or months (Can't remember but it felt like a really short time) he got promoted to what is now to be named Event Leader. He has since then been one of WGs best Event Leaders. I want to be like him. -Zeth |

¤ Application for Event Leader: Name: Anatcrafter Join date: August 07 Time zone: AEST (GMT+10) What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? As a new event leader I can offer support, more Australasian time associated events without the current leaders having to wake up early in the morning for less substantial attendances, unique events less aimed towards skilling and more so for fun, schemes to get members to reach certain level goals that would assist in fighting events such as agility or fighting skills and more importantly the attitude prepared to learn and work in a method that is required rather than saying I will come in to change how the event leaders operate as I believe the way it is run now is great. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? I've been doing the same course for the last 2 years and I've been able to keep active. I'm going to university next year to study to be a primary school teacher, I've got a friend doing it currently and his work load compared to mine now is significantly lower so I can't foresee any upcoming problems. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I like to think I'm a good team worker and I believe I will be able to work efficiently along side the other event leaders. Is there anything else you would like to say? There's a bunch of good applicants here and that's why I was hesitant to post an application since I would like to see many of them receive the role. Good luck choosing, choosers neko2.gif |
