They're messing around with me again.. Not sure what the problem is. Dial up is so FTL. This might not happen, so let's pray for the best. And customer service with them are all people who don't speak english and are sooo hard to understand. Or make your point across... Speaking slowly and clearly doesn't help either. Screaming incoherently does though.
