Karel Dude

I have had a raid leader talk to me today about wether he is still suitable for the rank of raid leader?

Alright cheers, his inactivity, bad leading, and annoying attitude is getting to me

Okay, so let's look at the points that this raid leader wished me to talk about:

His Inactivity

He hasn't been getting very good attendance in a long time, raids, mini's and war's for the Aussie sector have been pretty much non-existant for a long time. In Snow's recent ultimate inactivity sweep he only managed to have one attendance which is pretty poor.

He does have an event posted for this weekend but that has to be the first in a long time?

Bad Leading

I havent actually been to a karel lead event since the Real wilderness days... hence I can't really comment on this?

In the admin side of raid leaders he is pretty bad though, he rarely comes on IRC yet he actually play's RS a fair amount. He doesn't post very much on forums either.

Bad attitude

I've always got along fairly well with karel, haven't noticed this....

Anyway.... is 1 event in near on a month good enough for a raid leader?

Thoughts?

He's ****.
But it's not like we have anyone else that fits he role either.

Maffs?

Edit---

Karel did not turn up to host the event today sad.gif

Maffs is having an RS break. We gotta train people up so they can take over raid leading with Rob.

Pick the people to train...

I'm sure if we start looking seriously there's a lot of potential to be developped in inofficial individual tutoring... That's what I did with Joe when he refused to bind - explained him all the details about being a sniper. Individual tutoring with somebody that assimilates quickly is very efficient.
