Since Agility is our SotW this week I thought we could do some training together at Ape Atol to make it a little bit less tedious.

What to bring?
You will need:

Ninja monkey greegree

Ape Atol tele (2 laws, 2 waters, 2 fires & 1 banana)

Small amount of food if <75 agility

Super energy pots

Weight reducing clothing

If anyone is intending to come and hasn't done the part of RFD to unlock the Ape Atol tele let me know here before we go.
