Moderator? App Manager?

I had an idea while reading the comments to my topic in Lvl 3 App Manager forum.

Well, I see now that the Moderator Rank is pretty useless, and that the IRC System power is pretty biased towards them.

I was thinking of just deleting Moderator Rank, and moving the members in there to Application Manager Rank.

Although, I know Buzz, Cam & Zlatan are pretty dam inactive, RS Wise, but all we need is a few trust worthy, skilled people to mod the forums, right?

So I was thinking that I could change it so that Zlatan & Cam get the rank, and I'll have a speak to Buzz about his inactivity.

And depending on Bam & Gus's replies to my topic, I was also thinking to have a little word about them being forced to resign. Randy pretty much gave us his resignation, so we pretty much have no App Managers...hmm?

The IRC thing:
Right, alright...it's biased towards other Tertiary to have Moderators as Admin on IRC and not the others....So what shall we do about this?:

We can:

A - Give all Tertiaries Admin on the IRC (Meaning, they have the same power and cannot kick each other, and that there will be a hell of a lot of Red on IRC, and no Halfops)
B - Give Application Manager Rank Admin on the IRC, meaning they will pretty much have Council rank since they have access to the ACP, they have Admin on the IRC & they mod on the forums (duties carried over from Moderator Rank - I really can't see Bam doing this)
C - Give EVERY Tertiary Leader halfop (The problem with this is that there'll be a reduced amount of Ops)

So to sum things up:

-Delete Moderator Rank
-Carry Duties from Moderator Rank to Application Manager, along with Application Duties
-Change the IRC Power system^
-Replace Randy
-Talk to Buzz, Cam, Zlatan about App Manager Rank.
-Fire Bam? (Maybe Gus)

What do you guys say, I need some feedback, urgently.

To make it short and sweet:

- Mods have no real work, I have no problem with deleting them

- If Zlat/Buzz/Cam are happy they should be app managers

- I think having all tertiaries Half'ed would be fine, we have a fairly active council/tertiaries so there is almost nil risk of not having an op on. I think App managers should retain op in lobby though.

-If Mods get changed to app manager no need for reaplcing randy?

-I am all for firing bam (Note, I DO NOT like Bam ever since he posted publically stuff that should have been said in PM. I am biased, shoot me), however I have discussed this with lordy and he seems to think it would be better to encourage him to be more active than to go "get active, or get fired". Gus does more work than Bam.

- I've always wonder'd why we have a Moderator Rank, they do nothing much.

- Every teritary should have Half Op, we can always give some teritarys Temp op when he have to go for a while and no-one else is around but we have a VERY active Council. Only change there would be that Mods loose OP.

- The current ACTIVE moderators should become Application Managers and the Inactive ones should be removed from a position all together.

- For the current Application Managers, Gus and Bam they should be talked to HIGHLY about thier position because niether of them are active as i would like them to be. Gus recently got a Xbox so i think thats a possiblity why he isn't around as much - Note; I do not have nothing against Xbox's Lol

I would keep the Moderator rank and delete the App Manager rnak and make the mods do Apps.
If they are inactive we'll be frank... they are out.
We're going to be tough on inactive leadership.
