App Managers & Porn Posters

I've been doing some background work about a new Application Manager Rotary System and Porn Situation.
Two Parts:
-App Managers
-Porn Posting
App Managers
1. Move Cam & Zlat into the new Application Manager position. - This will mean we will have 4 Application Managers (Randy Resigned).
2. This means that a new rotary system will come into play. For example:
Week 1 - Cam & Zlatan
Week 2 - Bam & Gus
What this will accomplish
-Right now, we need more App Managers, and skilled ones at that
-So, I've decided rather than render the Moderators completely useless, we have them do Apps because it saves time electing a new App Manager & we know we can trust Cam & Zlatan with the ACP
-It will also accomplish two more things, Putting pressure on them to do Apps, if they know they are the only two people that do Apps within that week, they will know that if they don't bother to do one, it will get noticed. They will also look forward to the week off next week so that they will be encouraged and enthusiastic to do Apps. Another problem is that Application Managing is very tiresome, boring, and if too boring, App MAnagers will stop doing certain steps, miss out reading the app, not googling people, etc. etc. List goes on - This will increase flaws, it's not sustainable. The Rotary system means their soul will be renewed every fortnight
-You might be wondering that they will be doing nothing for a week? Well think again, they'll be moderating the #Wg_Lobby (They'll have Op) AND a new system I'm preparing with Robbie about getting rid of Porn (Evil's idea, but twisted) - Please remember, the whole staff will be involved in this. And what to do with Buzz?
I don't know what to do with him, he can't be an App Manager, if he stays as Moderator, we'll have 1 Moderator, it would mean I would have to change him to Halfop on the IRC. Hmm, he isn't really a bot any more either. Maybe he'll be an additional staff with the Porn Posting, and he'll be halfop on IRC I guess. He's on 24/7 on the IRC so someone will just have to Temp-Op him to keep him happy I guess, It will depend how he feels about this, he isn't all that active.
Summarise:
-Cam & Zlat, New App Managers
-Rotary System of 1 week per two managers
-This will be a test, Four Weeks, if it works (Most likely, then It will carry on)

The Porn Situation
Right, well, Clan Friends who post on the forum, their first five posts will be moderated. Meaning they will have to be checked by a moderator and then be accepted.
You're thinking this might put people off or we won't be capable with it? Well:
-The whole staff will be involved, App Managers, Moderators, Event Leaders, Raid Leaders, Council, PL
-I'm going to ask Robbie about an instant messaging system on Forums & IRC.
For Forums:
A popup will appear like how a Pm pop up happens
For IRC - If the Staff is on IRC, Robbiebot will pm ALL Staff about the newest post that needs to be moderated, meaning INSTANT post approval. After 5 posts, it is no longer needed to be approved. Flaws? If it sends to all Hops/Ops, it would mean all of them would go on and do it, but the first one that does it...does it..so it doesn't really matter. What else? er..Dead period...We have Anatcrafter & Theevildead2..And Winddancir, let's just hope that's enough.
Everyone alright with it? I'm pretty enthusiastic about both of the above to be honest.

I like the validating of posts idea, and I don't really care about the App Managers move :$

First off, it seems no one has actually looked around the forums: Go to the moderator CP, and under "Manage Your Forums", you have a list of the forums you can manage, and the topics and posts requiring your attention.
The only thing the bot would do is, every 5 minutes it would view that page, and count up the total number of things requiring attention, and if it was above zero, notice all halfops+ in the channel.

On a somewhat related matter, I am a bit miffed. Yes, I am considered by all to be a miracle worker, and can get things working... but I am spending pretty much all my time at school now, and don't have time to do much. Also, there is the question of if I *want* to do it, even if I can.
Everyone seems to take for granted that if there is a problem, you can just talk to me and it will get done.
No one seems to realize that I am retired from RuneScape, don't really have anything keeping me here, and could simply disappear one day for whatever reason.
Also, though you don't want to hear this, I am doing the various bits of coding for my own benefit, as I am learning new things when I do it. Its not really because I am 'loyal to my clan' or anything. However, that is not to say that I am going to go sell you out to the first RS clan that comes along - I am even less loyal to them than to you guys. And, I am somewhat loyal to Eugene, because of what he has done for me, and to a lesser degree, to Abs and a few other members.
I suppose I am rambling, but well, that's what I do.
Anyway, what I would like is a bit less taking of my work for granted, a bit more asking before figuring I can do something, especially before setting any idea in motion, like this one.
I would like you all to ask me when you come up with ideas, and be ready to change them or scrap them completely if it becomes necessary.

Ah yes Robbie, I understand your viewpoint, which is why I'm saying now that I don't want the 5 minute lagg time because that is a very long time, so if you are going to take 4 weeks+ to get this going, I don't mind, Please, take your time going around the idea and getting to the objective we're aiming for.
I'm sorry if you feel that we are pushing you to the limit, however we cannot go to anyone else, unless we pay someone/hire someone which we cannot trust etc. and who doesn't have the same perspective as Runescape. You offered yourself to be Forum Technician, so we chose you, sorry if it feels that are being pressured.

What I am saying is that, in the future, check with me before deciding on what you are going to do.
The only real reason I am still here is because I know you need me.
Even if I have the bot do something, you are still going to have to manually go through the modCP and moderate the posts - The only thing the bot would do is let you know when there is something waiting for you to do.
I can probably decrease the check time to 1 minute, but now lower than that - Remember, that means that the *longest* a post would be waiting before someone is notified is one minute - it will generally be less.
