Maybe a change to #WG_Lobby?

Don't read all of this, most of it is just quotes, skim through and see what I'm talking about.
I'm sure I'm not the only person that notices this but with RobbieBot and Runescript spamming when somebody joins + I have a little thing that directs people to various areas of the clan site, it can get a little bit of a spam fest, or when you get somebody doing this:

Perhaps make !invite a notice and only says Welcome,... when they join. That alone will reduce a lot of un-needed text.
Another thing I've noticed is how INACTIVE #wg_lobby truly is.. For example, in 30 minutes of text:

I put in bold the only non-bot text in that 30 minutes, this is at 6:45 PM EST a couple of days ago. I don't even have records for #wg that long ago because it's so active I only have logs up till last night unless I start actually recording everything.
This topic is mainly to show how inactive the lobby can be/get, and to show just the little bit of spam you can get if that happens.
I also think that people need to be in #wg_lobby, I had the system in my script if they left #wg_lobby they were devoiced in #wg which is moderated. I eventually turned it off because of all the complaints I got but guests and intro's need to see something than a greeting room for our members.
Suggestions?
P.S. I know this probably isn't a good time for this (clan competition/training and all) but I think it should be addressed sooner or later.
