Ok, i got muted for 24 hours for having a bit of bad language, Job wanted to do my appeals so i let him do it, the results:

Should do their god damn appeals normally, not with some dumb bot, which 90% of the time it says "We have conclusive evidence you were in control of your account..blah...blah..blah..'' More work, but thats what they get paid for.

Jagex fails epicly all the time, got the same answear on my appeal when I had a 10 day ban.
