Make a text layer, put text in it, go over to where all your layers are listed. Right click your text layer and selected "Blending Options". Then just mess about with that untill you feel it looks good. But for text glowing, I recommend Inner glow, outer glow &Colour overlay.
On the whole, it looks goood. Maybe a little to bright but your first sig it is very good.
