Experience for lower levels

For a while we've had an arguement about experience, and how the lower levels that were often cut were lacking it. I know we have the CWPL wars and stuff, but since its nearing the summer, it could be good to squeeze in a fight on weekdays. It seems as if they just want experience too, so if we lose its no big deal. I think it'll provide alot of experience for our lower levels, even with CWLP

If its a cap 120 that means there are some 120s allowed.
This will be good for people sub 120. We should look into it.

i suggested this before 
a capped war, to make sure the ones who get cut most, are sure to attend and being able to fight.
And we got some hot low lvled tanks , so bring it on DW
