i for one am skeptical that it will "Ever" come out. but if i am wrong(which i usually am) then i am curious as to what we will have to do to get one.

I would have to guess you kill those mages in the background of the picture.
It will come out. If it didn't then that would be false advertising.

I don't think those are mages, they're people wearing skill capes.
Look at the one under the spike coming off the left arm, it's the Fletching cape. It also looks like the one above the right arm and its spikes is wearing the Attack cape.
Maybe something to do with skills? A certain number of maxed skills let's you start a quest which gives you the ability to fight monsters that drop the item?
For some reason, I'd rather the Dragon Kiteshield come out first. The Platebody is just more intimidating and it would be odd to have it before the shield.

Honestly, I think it looks pretty cool, but not as cool as I imagined. Knowing myself, though, I will probably aim to get it, the Full Helm, and the Kiteshield when it comes out.

If you guys couldn't tell, the body is supposed to be the mouth of a dragon, the middle brown pointy row is the top teeth, the dark red circle in the middle is the throat, and the bottom pointy brown spikes are the bottom teeth.

When it comes out, d legs are going to soar. My advice to anyone who has money is buy all the d legs you can from G.E. when it is announced in Behined the scenes for a month

Whenever the d plate does come out im sure it will be ALOT and i think you will need like 96+slayer to get it

All I know is dragon plate could turn out like a huge bust if it looks anything like the full helmet. Hopefully it comes out ok lol.

You don't like the D Full? I think it looks sick, I just think it's a waste of money. If Meds are 60K, Legs are less than 2M, Chains are only 10M, why is a Full 40M?
If anything, it should be around 20M. And, we all know the Plate will be ridiculously high priced the day of release, but after a while, it should settle at around 40M. And the Kite should wind up being around 30M. That's just my opinion.

Skill capes look nothing like they do in that picture. The ones in the picture actually look cool :\.
Either way, 90% sure barrows will be better - and imo dragon chain looks better. Full body armor is rather dull, imo.
