1. This is not a personal attack
2. It is stating i do not wish to read her PM
3. This does not warrent a 20% Warn
4. She's power abusing because she can
5. The PM yet again stated that i was personally attacking her, when all i said was that the topic was old and she did not need to bump it, i then got Stokenut to lock it.
6. I do not speak to her on IRC unless she warrents a reply
I'm sorry to say but i will not take this 20% warn when it has been placed on my account for the wrong reasons. Telling someone that i will not read the pm and i shall delete it is not personally attacking her. IF i was to personally attack her i would flame her. That is my way of saying, there is no need to follow this on.
I have only attacked her once and that was for her attitude towards warring and she used the words "So FUCK you Simon".

I agree that simon deserves this warn rating increase.
Ever since returning and even before that he has been neagtive to tabs, for reasons that are well known.
The point is:
-I didnt see him hassling anyone else to turn up to the second war today, even though Tabs wasnt the only person that didn't stay for it (we actually dropped a third before the 2nd war).
-I am certain that he would not have said anything if it was anyone else who posted on that thread, and in the end it is not his right to decide when a topic is old/finished.
He has been back 2 days and he is allready causing problems, I HATE how he signs off all his PM's with "Yingyang06, Higher Guardian" as if he earnt that rank.... I dont think he should get it by default just because he is no longer emeritus (he definitely wouldn't have been given higher with an attitude like his).
In regard to tabs' attitude to warring.... do I need to remind people of his attitude while he was emeritus? I can't seem to find the post where he specifically said:
"I Will not be attending any war's"

Even at his return. When he posted the poll asking if he should return to rs, it was originally he asked that if you voted no, to post your reasons why. Then he edited it after/during when I was posting, so that it looks more like I'm flaming him.
I had sent him the forum pm, preferring to take the problem with him into private, rather than air it out in public. I was attempting to let him know that I felt he was specifically targeting me, and trying to solve things that way before resorting to warning him on forums. I actually talked to Evil about the situation when Yingyang06 said that he deleted the forum pm in #WG.
Here are the full logs from #WG at that time when I started refusing to go to the second war. I tried to put what was relevant in bold.

Yes, I was completely losing my temper. That's why I left #WG. I felt he was specifically trying to point out that I didn't care about wars (I don't usually care either). I showed up for the war I signed up for. I had already stated several reasons of why I didn't want to go.

In all honesty Tabs I would of supported you if I was there. It might of been me telling him to fo for you. Honestly though he shouldn't of kept going at you like that.

Woah this is why the Two Week Challenge is banned and always will remain BANNED. God dam you Lordy for introducing it....
On the challenge or off the challenge no two people should be speaking to each other in that manner.
Tbh they should either both get warn levels or neither get warn levels.

from what i can tell, Tabs got up for the tsc war at around 2 pm? The war was then cancelled, she then didnt want to attend the TR war, so simon had a few little digs? Tabs lost her temper and kb'd him.

warning lvls aren't appealable. Plus his attitude is really low atm.
