I think I have deleted everyone who has posted inactivity, however if I have missed someone please let me know.
I have done a list like this for all the CWPL Wars so far, it's just been hidden deep in lvl 3.
The reason this one is being posted is because we have a very high amount of people who have NOT SIGNED UP!!

That list comprises many Emeritii.
Despite the fact an Emeritus is tied to a certain activity requirement of an official war every now and then, I don't think that they deserve to be kicked if they don't sign up.
