What exactly is this forum for?

I'm a little confused, I've always supported Lordy's idea of having the forums neat and only needing as few as necessary.



What sort of topics would go in this "Community General Matters" forum here?

It seems like most community topics could go in "Real Life" or "General Runescape".

I'm just being honest, and I'm guessing some other people would like to know too.
