I have given Anatcrafter OP (access 5) because he is the most active H-Op in the AEST region and I trust him.
I will have minimal, if any, IRC access over the next 2 weeks so I figure it would be best to have an active OP while I will be away.

Sorry I should have made this clear, its only for while I'm away, not permanent.
We do need an active OP in my timezone, and I won't be on much, if at all over these next 2 weeks.
