[RECAP]Matched options with FT

Overall, we did a decent job. There were some flaws in my leadership, and their snipers are very aggressive. Their binds make it really hard to tank. FT is a really strong and solid clan.
However, we could have done much better. For many hybrids that usually get cut from a war, this was a chance to show yourselves, and I hope you all got some practice in.
There still some room for improvement
The way I picked people, was +120 with ts, and all hybrids. I only had to cut 4 people after the hybrids.
Our binds started off strong, but then everything just crumpled.
I know their snipers were a problem, but apparently 20 of you were hybriding.
Many people got koed and im kind of disappointed
Once in a while is alright. Sometimes its hard to tank.
But if you're finding yourself getting koed again and again in wars, you really need to start training up defence.
Expect more practices in the future.

It's funny.
We made sure the cuts went hybrids > levels.
This was some people's chance at proving themselves.
Yet, when we're chasing someone countless laps around the arena, you're thinking wow, where is everyone?
On top of that, some people need to wake the **** up.
Not naming names, but a handfull of people get koed EVERY war.
It's so simple to just hear them piling you that you pray and put rune on.
With the amount of wars we have this should be second nature.

The main reason we lost was that they killed 3-4 people in the first minute, while we managed to only kill one. That gave them the lead.

Some people definitely need to step it up and not get ko'ed. When we say to put your rune on. Don't just piss around and not put your rune on. Get your damn rune on so you do not get ko'ed. If you get your rune on the chance of them piling you is a lot less. Also it means you will not be hit as hard as if you had on robes.

Just say the names or PM them. This is ridiculous, these people are letting everyone else down in a public way stop they either need to have the balls to step up and admit it or we start naming names. I'm not going to say anything yet since I don't how well the person I saw get KO'd normally does.
