Now that I came back to visit I had to post some of these before I lost them. During my 2 years + with WG we had some crazy times and these are just a few cause I didn't take pictures of alot. Many are random but all bring nostalgia.

This is my WG Story.

When I joined the requirement was 85 Combat or 80 with a skill of a certain level. Shortly after I joined, in preparation for the DoA War, the requirements were pushed to 90 combat or 85 with a skill, I was 88 combat with no skills worth anything so I started training motivated for the war and to stay in my newfound clan. After a few weeks of training at the once awesome dagganoth spot (this was in a time before AFKing was popular and you actually had to click the monster) this happened. Except I got a prayer level instead..



Now that I didn’t have to train as hard I could enjoy myself with some events. My first event came 2 weeks after I joined since I was training. I met many new friends on my “Hello” thread so my friends list was filled with new WG friends as we headed toward the wilderness to stop those anti-rpkers. This was the “main raid” on a Saturday night.



A week before the DoA war we had a fun steel war against our ally, the Moriquendi which was in all steel to help us prepare. If I remember right, the correct date is July 2nd 2005. We gathered in Falador in our steel and went to the war.



We ended up winning. During this war my future good friend Mangomaniac2 called WG to pile me so I died to my own clan. Mango bought me a 2 gp beer at the after party in a Varrock tavern and we became good friends.

Then the day I had looked forward to for a month came a week later. We were going to war against Dead On Arrival! I put on all my ancient mage stuff and spent thousands of gold on runes and sharks. We met in Juliet’s House upstairs just west of Varrock. A council member (that recruited me) named Palidore was present and gave us some trivia.


I died when the mages charged but managed to get a single kill. The war was crashed shortly after by the Followers of Malakav (FoM). JesusisLord6 made a sweet video but I don’t know how to upload it.

In the months that followed we had a time of no war but we still had many fun raids such as these below.



This kill below was for a 700k bounty when WG had a bounty section that let members offer other members rewards to kill a certain Rpker that killed them once.





I would also meet great friends such as Cheeseman07



Things after this point are not quit as clear in my memory, but we had a fun iron raid in which I killed a pker while trying to find the clan since I died



A junior clan that we called the Descendant Guardians formed and I went with them on several raids and took down their attendance. The second one may not be DG but I thought it was.

On one of these we encountered a small clan that did not have the best armor, but our new Junior clan ripped through them with the help of some Senior Guardians.





Raids on the Senior clan’s end weren’t going to bad either, we were dominating.



One raid several of us that had noobs/scouts took them out on a raid to test their power. It worked out as my mage one hit a guy that came up and started kicking us with his bare feet.





Sometime in here the requirements went up to level 95 combat, so I trained again. Also again at the once cool dagganoths…



I became active on the forums which at that time were called the S10 forums and was excited to have a “leet amount of posts”




As we came out of our no war period, we engaged in events such as clan vs clan in castle wars.







We also engaged in fun steel wars and showed we were ready for a war when half of our clan survived to kill the other clan’s final member



After all of this fighting I noticed I was close to achieving something everybody looks forward to, 100 combat. I also noticed my skill total neared the popular “1337”. I gathered a few guardians in Edgeville and I got 100 combat and 1337 skill total at the same time with them watching.

Now that we were out of our no war period, we had a war with a fast rising fairly new clan called Valor. I do not know the exact date but I have pictures. First is a list of participants from WG second is a kill I got.

After this War some polls had WG in the top 10 clans.

After this time I did many fun things such as beat a clan mate that was favored to win in the duel tournament (he even bet a dskirt but that’s just EckZr he was that loaded)

In December 2006, WG had an anniversary to remember! On one day His Lordship invented a genius trail of clues that would lead us to him. Many people formed teams to help solve the riddle. There was a series of 5 smaller riddles through locked forums or one master riddle that seemed impossible to solve.. Rai of Light solved this riddle and beat my team by just a few seconds, it was exciting but we found where Lordy was hiding and we all had a sled conga with Rai in first and our team in second.



On one of the following days His Lordship had a drop party that had worth rumored in the 10+ millions. Then he blew my mind and told me to drop it all and it was nothing short of great stuff dropped in a very fun night!





The New Year rolled around in 2007 and in February we had council elections. At the time I was an honored member and decided to give it a go.



I still have my application for it on word, but I didn’t get voted onto the council, instead I became a moderator.

My time was soon coming to a close and after a whole ton of fun memories with the clan, I had to quit Runescape in July 2007. This forced me to leave the Wilderness Guardians because I could not contribute any time.

So this was kinda really a lot long so I’m gonna wrap it up. Just a little taste of the times that this guy had in his time in Wg!

Yeah I remember both Spicy and Zlatan and you guys are in some of those. It's fun to put these kinds of things up so the people that were here can remember it and the people that weren't can see history.

At that time WG members were whining about how they missed the old days.
And now here we are, missing those days.
