Clan Members' IRL Appearances

Well this is a fun topic.
When you are reading posts from members or chatting in the IRC...
Which clan members do you visualise?
Like... do you associate particular people with how they look...
Or do you just recognise them as a name or something else.

There's a difference between knowing how someone looks... and seeing their appearance every time.
For me there are a few people who when I see their names, I automatically recall what they look like:

Do you think of any people's appearances?

Even after looking at the pics of urself thread i dont visualize ppl on irc

Mainly the IRL meeting people, + Rob, blame the webcam.

Most people i've seen the picture of. I like to see pictures of people so that i can put a face to the name. I don't like my friends as just a name on the screen, I like to get to know them on a slightly more personal level. I value the person behind the screen.

I go by what I know. If I can match a face with a name, I'll use it.
In the case I cannot match a face with a name, I imagine one.

Usually my visual representations of people can be outdated, so I often find myself slightly confused after seeing images years after an original picture.

Unfortunately, I'm a very judgemental person when it comes to appearance.
I rely greatly upon images; it's in my nature.

For me, it depends on 1) How much ive seen the person's appearance (for example, you and stokenut i always assign the image) and 2) how striking their appearance is / any outstanding characteristics

I'll disassociate someone with their picture if they're maturity doesn't match it. For example, if they're picture shows a mature 25 year-old and they're acting like a tool, I won't match the picture to the text, but assign them a label. All psycologically.

I've seen most of the rl pics and after looking at them only one time I'll remember what they look like everytime I see them say something in irc or rs or w/e lol

Hehe. Gene remembers me <3 I normally remember anyone I talk to by the latest picture/s I've seen

But Lordy is the one I always see lol. If I meet anyone named Gene, Eugene, or anything like that - Even Panda, then I picture him. <3

Cam and Stokenut are the two main ones I visualise.
Cam is easily remember for his long hair.
Stoke just puts his picture up anywhere he can find.

So yeah for those two I associate the irc name with the face.
