Ima Hypocrite Kay?

Ok well basically, since I feel like an asshole and didn't want Crucio banned, just wanted to see opinions and other stuff I have come to a conclusion.
If possible, in his 3 days he has to stay in wg to make sure leaving is his choice, since he should be trial still......
If I can convince him to stay. Is it possible I can mentor him and help him more to be a better member. If he doesn't stop being annoying+causing fights. If I can help him stay in WG and be a more liked and respected member not causing trouble then he stays and we keep a valuable member.
If he flames and baits and causes trouble I will take full responsibility and will work with him on it.
So yea. Give him back his trial and let me help him. Anyone else that would help him should do so and help him find the line so he doesn't cross it he gets into a fight. I will also ask hopefully for the members who have giving him problems and shit also, mainly spanth, stoke, lordy, etc to stop, and ignore him or just say and reply in a kind way.

Don't act like it's a "job" to help someone out.
It's a responsibility, and ever single member of WG is held to it.
It shouldn't be just you helping crucio, it should be all 134 members.

WG is suppose to do this anyway. We're suppose to be a family, not fighting like we were. (It was worth it though)
I think it's a good idea, except if he gets banned you leave. That part I say no, you stay... I think we should wait a day or so, let things calm down a bit before we bring Crucio back into the picture.

Mentor systems have been discussed, its not going to happen kiwi because it is "too complex".

Yeah I'm willing to help out as well. I hope he decides to stay he has great potential and is a good person inside.

we need a system then for members that need more help than others, like crucio.

Nothing is complexed about it. You guys might be working it out to be way to big when it does not really need to be all that big.
