Recap posting reminders

Remember to include attendance and any pics that you got for each event. Although it is the event host's responsibility to get an attendance screenie, it is your job to make sure he/she gets it. Just take one in case

If no one posts attendance, that event will not count!

And also, on the recap topic, post every screenie that you took during the event. It makes topics look good, it gives you free posts without spamming, and your screenie could be chosen to be put on the wg website.

Note to event hosts: Remember to add [Upcomming], [Now], [Recap], or [Finished] before your topic title, and put the day of the week and the date for the topic description. This actually helps!
