How this works

1. After you post your topic, it will be pending until a Council+ rank has a look at it, if the Council+ rank decides that it is a worthy appeal (most of the appeals will not get past this), then he/she will move the topic to "Phase 2", only Staff can see this (Level 3+), the staff will discuss over the appeal and will decide whether or not it should be accepted (It will be 1-3 Days discussion).

2. If it is accepted, it will be moved to the Accepted forum (Only Staff can view this), and you will receive a pm notifying you that it has been accepted and not to do the "Crime" again.

3. If it is declined on Phase 2, it will be moved to the "Declined" forum. If you were declined on Phase 1, you will notice the topic title change "[Declined]" in front of it and a Council member will post why it has been declined, and then lock it. If it was declined on Phase 2, you will receive a pm telling you why, after this, it is non-negotiable.
