Firstly about me, I am an 18 year old New Zealander and most people refer to me as 'JC' (my initials) in Real life. I am currently studying a BSc (bachelor of science) majoring in Geography and Development studies, which are essentially the same thing

I have been playing runescape on and off for at least 5 years, yes since the RSC days. Obviously my stats arent that great for the amount of time I have been playing, but this is because I really didnt play RS much untill the last year or so. Around the beginning of 2006 I was hovering at 60 combat and 500 or so total, an absolute noob. Now however I play 2-3 hours a day, more if I am on holiday, and less if I am sitting exams soon.

My favourite skills are Crafting and slayer, yet I can still entertain myself with mage once in a while, just that getting it to a high level without using PC (yes I am another of those people who thinks that PC is terrible....) is a bit of a drag.
Currently I am aiming for 90+ crafting.... This may sound like an unrealistic goal, yet I have worked out how many hides it will take from my starting level of 70 (as of 14th June 2007) and I think it is acheiveable. Allready I have gained 5 levels, and I will have to have 80 at least before I even think of applying for WG.

I have never really aspired to a higher clan such as WG, in fact up untill early 2006 I hadnt belonged to a clan at all. Over the last year I have been a loyal member of 'The Legacy', a small Pk based clan, that I am currently co-leader of (yes I will be retiring from that position before joining). The only reason I am considering leaving that clan is that it seems to be progressing nowhere, and there is only so much time I can throw at it to try and push them on. At this stage I just do not have the time to help them any further.

I do hope to join WG, I hope you enjoy my intro (I tried to make it as detailed as possible) and I hope to be crafting your glories soon o# .

Yes thats right, Theevildead2 is celebrating his first anniversary of joining the Wilderness Guardians today, and what an eventful year it has been for me....

I joined WG as a little level 95 (with 80 crafting), after struggling to train my ass off and reached the requirements which then allowed you in with 95cmb and 70 crafting. I actually joined during the period that applications were closed as WG was changing to the sector's arrangement so I started off as a "skills trial guardian".

During my year here I have had a great time, I would like to think I have made a great group of friends but I would like to give shout outs to some people that have really affected me. (Please do not be offended if I dont mention you, these people have truly made an impact upon my life), so to start:

Jrm_04: What can I say, Jordan was my mentor when I first joined WG and we spent many hours talking and whatching both myself and him progress. The many times he would stake his bank away only to win it back the next day was incredible, it is great to see you around still

Dorcha3377: Jenny defined the middle of my year at WG, the many hours we spent on TS always made my times on RS entertaining regardless of whether she was talking with DT125 about one of the many other online games she plays or not.

It has been awesome to see you return Jenny, I look foward to some more times on TS.

Creamlistner: Many of you will not know cream, and his massive contributions to WG during last year. Man I miss jake

Anatcrafter: God man, the many hours we spend talking has had to be the only thing that kept me going through the many hours it took on the road for both 99 attack and Crafting, both entertaining me, and to some degree challneging me to keep going. 99 Def next, lets keep going?

and lastly of all:

Gorgemaster: We havent talked as much recently, and I think it is a shame because I still recall fondly the 6+ months we worked together as Skill Leaders.... ahh the days of the skills olympics still remind me why WG is so great.

But really I have had a varied year with WG, and almost all WG members have had some impact upon me at one stage or another and I am honoured to still be here among you guys and girls after this amount of time, and even more honoured to have hlped WG by holding these positions:

-Events Leader
-Moderator
-Council

During my year in Wg, and I hope I will be able to help WG out more for many years to come.
