Kwaichi banned ?

OMG I and banned ? this is my first ban ever 
when I trayed to log in this morning, i cant so i read my messeges from jagex and i found out that i am banned but why ??? Breaking rule 7 ? WTF ? holly what i did wrong ? the day befor i spend whole at giant spiders trayning cmb because of upcomming national war vs Czech republic ( it is 1:1 and this war tomorrow is very important for me ) FFS ban for 10 days, 0.5 blk marks. I wrote an appology but i think it wouldnt help and i will not be able to play 10 days for my acc 
What to do now ? lol it looks like i must "scamm" my brothers acc if i will attend the war
( he isnt at home now so it will be np 
). But what about WG ? 10 days it lot of time... should i stay in ? or should i leave...
Anyway i havent play RS today and i have a really good day. I have read wholy WG history <took me about 2 hours

man 10 days isn't much sir. just be good and take good care of your acc afterwards.

Idk rule 7 is about afking and macriong, but who dont afk at giant spiders ?;

I no why should i macro if i report every macro what i see ?

That sucks. Try to write a good appeal

That's lame tbh....but at least its only 10 days and not a perm ban.

After 10 days i get my acc finally back, i have been mining almost whole day and in the evening when i wanted to take part at this Run In, i couldnt because of my account is banned again, i am really inactive in last time (10 days + next 10 days...)...Inactive member is not good clan-member, it is useless member

Uh dude, afking and macroing? Sorry but how'd you get accused of this? I've been playing RS for 6+ years now and there has been some times where I played and did the same thing for the whole day. (eg. range/mine/fish)
Unless you really use macro or tell random people jokingly that you're doing so, then you're digging your own grave.. Otherwise how could it happen

I am against macroing, i am happy that it is gone, free worlds are again "free" without yews cutters and i always report every macro what i see . Idk what is bad, if i am afking then i never tell it (how could i if i am afk ?
). I play as usually, seriously idk what is wrong 
Maybe it is some bug which will destroy my acc
But i will never give up, there are some RS goals which want i reach
