New Spam Topics

I have noticed we have been getting more spam topics made by random people.
This time they are not posted with porn.
The topics are made with 3-ish words or a long story that makes no sense what so ever.
They also have a "smiley" next to the topic which doesn't work.
take a look at the "nice forums" topic - 3 words , looks nearly same as if it would contain porn.
Should we delete them deppending on what they contain?

To me, it doesn't matter as much if we delete them or put them in WGWB. They are all annoying.

Maybe it's a tester to see how active a forum is and if it's worth spamming.
