No, actually, we've had a lot of problems before:
-People Leaving
-People getting fedup of CWPL
-Losing Member faith in Council
-Inactivity
-Shitty Application Process
-Shitty Trial Guardian process
-The "Fun" is gone, such as Mage bank, PTP, we never do that, PTP BH is like Mage bank
-Aussie Events
-Some staff not doing the stuff they should be (Tertiaries, not Council)
-FTP War tactics
-Taking in suggestions
Wg has a lot of holes, let's patch them up when we can.

I made a topic in suggestions requesting suggestions for what to discuss as a council.

My summary to Evil.
For reminders i suppose.

[18:23:26] < Tmal34> things that make them think and put in more effort
[18:23:49] < Tmal34> we are scrapping like the 3 day wait or the I was in a top 20 clan thing, and now everyone must have 2 referrals...that is how you get in
[18:24:06] < Tmal34> We are going to try and be stricter with trials
[18:24:13] < Tmal34> and keep them to one month TOPS
[18:24:46] [email protected] RobbieBot invited Darth_Magul into the channel.
[18:24:47] < Tmal34> for inactivity we are going to figure out 1. who's inactive, 2. who has them added as a friend, and then 3. have those who have added them try and encourage them back to activity

[18:25:16] < Tmal34> requirements are going up to 102 combat for full member, 100 still to intro and trial

[18:27:37] < Tmal34> We are going to try and have "council reports" or w/e in game. Events where council just holds a meeting at someone's house and relays what we are doing and asks for ideas...to strengthen community.
[18:28:16] < Tmal34> We are going to step the full out wars back to once every 2-3 weeks and shoot for more like 3-4 miniwars during the week, matched or full whatever. We are going to go for range/mage allowed more often to have some fun, and get some in aussie times

Looking at the inactivity, I think it is time to start enforcing liits on the amount of time someone can be inactive for at any one stage without being moved to the rank of emeritus.
I also think emeritus should be given the access permissions of guardian rank, and higher permissions awarded on a case by case basis (ie. give extra access to ex tertiary/council).
