Closeness between the clan.

This has been bothering me for awhile, as many of you know many clan members have grudges and just plain out hate other members with no intention of ever letting them go.
WG has become just like Highschool with little clicks and groups with no intention of communicating with anyone but those inside their group.
Also there are many clan members who just plain out WANT to cause harm or pain to other members, I don't really want to name any incidences but there are numerous ones between various clan members.
A clan is supposed to work together and accomplish what a single player cannot. clans are supposed to be a joyous experience, when lately there has been nothing but bitter tension and flame.
Now I know that sometimes people have good reason to be mad at another member.
I think that for the clan to perform to its full potential we absolutely need to work on the members of the clans becoming closer. Many past members have actually left the clan because of this problem eg. Maths.
In my opinion and this is just mine the clan would function as a whole alot better if we worked on trust and friendship a bit more than flaming and complaining.

A Clan is like a Family. If we cannot get along then we WILL fail. There are plenty of people who flame, cause others harm and are damn right mean to them, this should stop or be forced too. A community atmosphere shouldn't have this, because of the intent to cause harm member seclude themselve's in groups and hope they are not picked on because of it's numbers.
Something needs to be done before valuable members leave because they don't want to be in a clan with so much conflict and confusion.

i think we should have like an in game meeting maybe once a week or a fortnight
it helps people get together, talk, have some fun
and people can be told about upcomming events/wars, past wars/events, whats going on inner clan

I think that is a great idea, My old clan used to do it way before i joined WG.

well said the community in wg is pretty bad from other clans ive been, everyone is always fighting ect just sad..

This is a team effort and an individual one. We all have to try to get along with each other.
If you dont like something the person said, say nothing. Dont be looking for a fight when you can avoid it
