Application Manager Suggestion

Before i start, please let this not draw attention from this topic as i'm quite passionate about that other suggestion.

Anyway, this suggestion is a request from me to Application Managers from the perspecive of a Raid Leader.

At the moment, when a new Trial Guardian is accepted, all that is the 100% saying in Application topics is 'Accepted.' My request is that when posting to accept, you add something like this template to each acceptance so that new members read the topics. This I believe would help reduce the 'newbie' feeling when first in a war with us.

Example:

Accepted, Welcome to The Wilderness Guardians I like your name btw, My name is John, so we have similar names

Once you recieve access on the WG forums, please ensure you read the following guides so you can get up-to-date on how WG operates in wars, and how you can do your bit to not get Ko'd, to bring propper equipment, and to have enough food.

~The massive guide to F2P Clan Wars
~TeamSpeak Details & Guide
~Advanced Hybriding Guide

And the following optional guides:

~Making Anchovy Pizzas Fast
~War Preparation

I think it would work
Some people arent good with forums and have no idea what they're doing, so links help

Yes I remember Randy used to send out a few links when he would message recently accepted members. However it may seem that we are totally warring based as all those links are about wars. However I do think it would help as it seems many trials are unsure what to do.

They pm them though, isn't it better said there?
As it stands now Apps are processed and immediately moved to archive, where I believe only Higher+ can even see them.
Trials don't get to see those comments so saying them over PM seems more reasonable and "Accepted" is more for organization in my opinion.

We are going to rework the app system though, it is on the new council agenda, so we will see.

Thomas anyone can see the application archive.

I try to post on the persons app and then send them the PM containing all the links. I think that if the trials get a personal message from someone on their app instead of just "Accepted " or something they might feel more welcome if they actually read it .

If you guys wish I'll start sending this PM instead.

Hello Name,

You have been accepted into WG as Trial Guardian.

Please make a topic in Hello & Goodbyes to introduce yourself to the rest of the clan at :
