Skill Requirements

Well, i was thinking, checking over the membership to see who meets the requirements or not.
I found 10 People on the member list of 45 who do not meet the Skills Reqs.
Keep in mind, some of these people are combined, and/or Sector leaders.
I am posting in level 2, because i feel that not everyone should see this. It would be of embarrassment to come members maybe....
Although i'm sad to say, i am one of the people who do not meet the reqs.
Here is the list of Reqs needed.

Now... im not sure why i posted this really. but i was thinking. maybe we should have something like a expiration date... where these people have like 2 weeks or so, to find a skill(s) to meet the skills requirement, if not they get moved to community,fighting or w/e.
(obviously not for council, sectors leaders....)
But also, from now on, we need to start taking more strict into when accepting apps.
The reason i dont need skill reqs, because i joined before wg was sectors, and i joined at 100 cmb. anyways im training my mining to 99. on the way up to meeting 85 reqs.
I just wanted to try and do something helpful for wg.
any thoughts on this
Again, im not trying to offend anyone or cause dramam or any such things. I'm just trying to help.

Gorgemaster is changing them, hes already been working on them and is roughly releasing them into the next week.

like you said we should actually check who is getting let into skills sector and whether or not they meet the reqs...and george is changing them so i bet that list will go down

The main problem is.
Who was accepting all these old current members, into the skills sector when they never met the reqs in the first place?
We need to stop this happening, and I know we don't do it anymore, because Randy knows better
Anyway. Reqs will be with you in under a week, I reckon 3-4 days as soon as I can talk to Steve -.-

I know when I applied, lordy wondered what requirements I met... Of course, I had rc and crafting above 70, and some one else pointed that out. Gorge, send him a forum pm or something?
Some of those people haven't been active in Skill Sector at all lately, and should be warned.

I'm mostly ashamed because im one of the people who dont meet reqs... but i will within a week or 2. im getting mining to 85-99 
and ok, mind leaking the new reqs!!?!??!

I think the problem was also back when people were joining they would get in on fighting sector reqs then just apply to be a skills guardians.
Good idea for the reqs being updated because they were for that system whereby you aid the clan which doesnt appear to apply anymore.

Once again, Those requirements are totally useless and pathetic, If I don't meet the Skills Sector Reqs, it's kind of silly, same with Cam, as Skills Sector consists of high lvled mature members, maturity comes by Total level (most of the time). Gorge who nearly always skills...theiving...farming, look at his, both excellent, he should be able to meet the reqs, but he doesn't.
So yeah, they're going to be changed anyway.
Even so, Tertiary Leaders+ should be scrapped from that list, since they have to be Combined.

Nothing about me
w/e... anyways new reqs are coming and if you don't meet requirements, you don't meet em thats it.
George got skills leader off of combined so i guess he's ok.
this topic is like useless now...

L, just realized I don't meet reqs, even though I'm not skills anymore I used ta be
