Goodbye's are closed?
how can you close goodbyes.... thats like telling somebody not to eat chocolate for a week.. then once the weeks up, eat a raw egg
people will just leave without a goodbye lol, you can't force somebody to stay.
further edit: might aswell change the application forms to say "Do you realise you can never leave WG. Please answer YES or NO"

I'm pretty sure it was a joke... lol :S As you say it would be impossible to stop people from leaving, as far as i know yes it is a joke :S
