Skill of the Week Re-Opened

Hello WG!
The event leaders have decided that it has been unfair to take away Skill of the Week due to Pro Silentium, since doing Skill of the Week offers some variety or an alternative to training for Pro Silentium.
Therefore SotW is back.
The voting for Skill of the Week 17 has begun already, and the sign-ups will begin on Friday 1st August 9am GMT.
Competition will begin at 9am GMT on Monday 4th August.
