Please vote and comment on which should be used as a banner for the skill Olympics.

Ok.
First off, Samurai's is by far, the best of them, however it is three megabytes! If he can get it below 500KB, he wins.
Second, is Dilz621's entry actually real? It doesn't fit the form factor, doesn't have the text displayed with enough contrast, and is just... not right.
Third, Wind's would be a good second choice, but it is way too pixelly. Now, I don't see too much that can be done about that, unless she wants to use different images.

Yes, but if you are using any method I am familiar with, you will just end up blurring it instead... which may be just as bad.

Yea animation of any kind on a document that big just doubles the file size... Nothing I can do about it. ><
I still say Tabs' is the best for the situation though... Mines just a picture that says Skill Olympics.
If it's an issue though, later I can add a bit more like what Tabs has, some runescapish touches to actually show it has to do with skills.

And here's the modified version.
As Robbie said, there is some blur, because when enlarging something... A lot of times you get blur to blend the colors...
The original was purposely more pixely to be a quirky fun thing.
