My current situation

Yes, I know you guys are probably sick and tired of hearing about me and my situation, but at the end of the day these things need to be said.

Firstly, a few things you need to realise:

-I cannot play Runesape and talk in IRC at the same time.
-I have today withdrawn from university, it was a big decision by me, and unltimately it has caused me to be very stressed recently.
-I am applying for full time work, because as you can imagine I do require money to live/pay rent.

So as you guys may have noticed I havent been very happy/cheerful recenetly.... I mean I just got P mod and I haven't really celebrated.

So what am I having problems with?

-I can't type fast, so if I'm brutally honest I feel really disconnected from WG at the moment. I rarely talk in #WG now as by the time I have actually typed what I want to say the convo has moved on.
-If you can't tell I'm fairly depressed at the moment, and yes that is hard for me to admit (if any of you knew me IRL I wouldnt). As you may be aware my health has been terrible this year (chest problems earlier) so this hand issue is just what I didnt need. Effectively this year was a waste of $10k as thats what it costs for a year of uni in NZ.
-I know I am a council member, but I do need a break sometimes. Oficiallty I am inactive untill the 3rd, but in reality I have been dealing with as much, if not more work than usual every time I get on IRC.

So what it really boils down to:

I want a break guys, not a break from RS or even a break from WG, but I want to be able to be on IRC without people coming to me with every little problem they have. Yes it is my job to deal with it, but honestly you have no idea how hard it is having one hand and having to deal with the million issues I do.

So as of this post I am taking a minimum of 2 weeks off, treat me as though I am emeritus please. I just need a break or I may do something I might regret.

I understand your pain Evil. (well, not really pain, but the struggle of typing with one hand) Where I never had an injury that severe, I have been very comfortable before without being able to reach one of my hands to the keyboard, and typing with one hand is a bitch.

Everyone needs a break sometime lol. If you ever need forum help and I can do anything for ya, pm me on forums and I'll do it.

I think its understandable, you deserve this break.

I have noticed that you have been stressed Evil and I my best wishes are with you. I seriously disagree with your choice to withdraw from a university but I'm not in your shoes, nor am I even your age so I can't judge. You deserve a break and I hope you get it, good luck getting a job and recovering man.

Don't feel bad about being depressed I went through that in early July myself when I couldn't sit up at my computer for very long. I actually think I was a bit moody or cranky too.

I'm usually around for you to pass things onto. You know I'll do what I can for you.
