Well here's the thing,

I just had my application accepted.

I like to think of myself as a pretty laid back guy.

But,

the whole applying process to a clan always brings out the worst in me, all you want is for it to be over so you can relax knowing that you're now a member of such a wonderful group, but time seems to slow down - you repeatedly click refresh on your application page hoping something new has happened.

I'm afraid I grew restless, which isn't like me at all.

If anyone was reading my comments on irc they must've thought me pretty annoying.

This is where the thanks come into it.

Great friend of mine. At the drop of a hat he posted on my application as my first referral and I only hope he realises how much that meant to me. He was the one who introduced me to this clan and I couldn't be more grateful because it meant that I gained some great friends and met some quality people.

This really surprised me and made me feel even more keen to get back into WG. Brandon's not someone that I've really spoken to and gotten to know that well. But I was struggling to get a 2nd referral, so i typed into to wg_lobby simply (and I can't stress "simply" enough, you may not comprehend why I think this was that amazing).

I'm not one to go to PMs for help that often, leaders have told me that alot of people do and this is what makes the role so stressful. So, me, in my annoying and restless mood, bombarded Bam with messages along the lines of "can you read my app please" "ye please accept me app" "hey bam will u accept my app", all within about 20 seconds -.^ lol. But it wasn't needed, Bam was happy to help and put me out of my misery by accepting the application and making nothing of it. Bam I'm so thankful, you didn't fish for compliments or make out i owed you a favour or anything, but the fact of the matter is I do. Thank you so much man.

I had 2 of my referrals on holiday when I posted my app which was a bummer so I had to give people like zeth and angus nekked picz to refer me. I know they liked them
