Promotion Tweaking

Alright, so I hear the frequency of guardians to a certain rank in our clan is unbalanced, we should probably try to level it out more.

Here is my suggestion, please read and post feedback as I would like to know what you think and tweak the suggestion up. If you guys feel anyway at all that this is a horrible idea, PLEASE POST THAT, so it doesn't feel as though this suggestion is pressured on Wg by me.

Let's ignore Primary Leader, Council and Tertaries out for obvious reasons.
Our main ranks are:

-Elite Guardian
-Higher Guardian
-Guardian

Alright, so this is going to be a bit hard distributing the percentages as it would simply be Trial & Error. These are our current percentages

Total Guardians - 59 - 100%
Elite Guardian - 16 - 27%
Higher Guardian - 13 - 22%
Guardian - 30 - 51%

It's currently kinda messed up, it should be as your get a higher rank, the percentage reduces and of course, if someone accels exceptionally then they may bypass this "Guideline".

What do you guys think, I'll throw this out here, please please please give feedback on what percentages we should have because I am literally clueless.

Elite - 15%
Higher - 25%
Gurdian - 60%

Ok Abs.
Yeah I was shocked to find that the number of elite guardians was higher than the number of higher.
And I definately think we should perhaps try and implement this.
However how do we go about it from now....
We can't demote people
Just wait until it balances itself out whilst not promoting lots of new people.

Edit: oh wait or did you mean the promotions go in that percentage order?

It's because people leave and it makes the ranking system unbalanced.
And people come back from emeritus and recive elite that can make it unbalanced as well.

well, i remember before we had guardian system, we had "" member.

And i remember somebody telling me it was every 3 normal members to 1 senior member. Maybe we can make a ratio to that like possibly

1:3:7
where as 1 is elite, 3 is higher, and 7 is guardians.
So when we do promos, we should balance it so however many guardians>higher and from that, base it on elites.

I know its a bit confusing, even i am. But something along the lines of that.

Part of it with the Elites, is any one who was a tertiary+ goes to Elite. And I've noticed that they stick around longer and stay here rather than leaving.

Maybe more like:
Elite - 20%
Higher - 30%
Gurdian - 50%

That's only a guess... and try to keep it around there until things are more balanced?
