Here. As such, the edit link is perfectly safe to give out to anyone.
Operation:
First off, right at the top of the page is a box that shows who you are logged in as, and a link back to the forums.
Next you have a list of all the ranks, each with a checkbox. Checking that box adds all people of that rank to the list located below. Note that it won't change until you hit the "sort" button.
Below this, you have some sorting options, with the drop down box on the left changing the column to sort by, and the right allowing you to choose between
ASCending and
DESCending.
Taking up the rest of the page is the actual list. You have, from left to right:
- Update: This allows you to change that person's raid attendance. Check the box next to + to add one to the person's raid attendance. Check the box next to - to subtract one from the person's raid attendance(This should only be used in case of a mistake).
- ID: This is the person's forum ID number. You probably can ignore this.
- Name: Forum Username. Click on this to allow specific editing of this person's raid numbers(if you need to add more than one).
- Rank: Forum Rank. Self explanatory.
- Total Events Attended: This is the person's cumulative or total event count.
- Rolling Event Count: This is what you look at to determine if the person is active enough. If it is below 0, the person needs a talking to. Otherwise, the person should be fine. Whenever you check the +, one gets added to this and to the total count, and every week, one gets removed from *every* active member(Emeritus and such don't have one removed).
- Last Activity: Last forum activity, time between now and when they last did something.
- Last Event Attended: The time of the last time someone added one to their raid count using the +.
To add attendance of a raid, simply check the + by the name of each member who attended, and then click submit at the bottom. All you need to do.
Why does the edit page not look all pretty? Prettyness is for the easily-impressed masses.

Total Event Count is exactly what it sounds like.
The colorful slider right below Total Event Count is a graphical representation of the rolling event count. If it gets to the RED, you should check out that person, see why he/she is not active. Note that, from red to green corrisponds to -3 to 12 on the edit page. Full red is -3 or lower, full green is +12 or higher.
