Tertiaries on a power trip?

Last I looked it wasnt within an App manager's job description to ban people?
I was just about to start a poll on banning DT when I found that, we need to get this shit under controll as I had allready tempoarily dealt with him (removed posting rights) so he couldnt cause any more problems on the forums.
I was in no-way opposed to banning DT (since he brung a personal issue onto forums) but I do not support him being banned by an app manager.

And isnt 100% warn automatic ban anyway? because he could post afterwards?

Dude application managers are doing it all the time, I've been feeling the same way.

Darktheif should be banned because he is deliberatly flaming to get banned, he's a guest of our forums that is totally out of hand and would make good members leave.
However being banned by an Application Manager definitely isn't allowed, even though I can see where Cam's coming from, I was outraged how DT insulted Tabs, If I was Tabs, I would have done the same.
I'll speak to Cam & another App Managers, for now, one of the Council please post a Hall of Shame topic and add him to the list.
But...it does seem that if you get 100% warn you are offically banned from our forums, so technically Cam was right in doing it, just changing the rank was out of order.

Is it Me or Is this not the only incident where App Managers used thier Powers more than they should be used for. I remember when we wanted Fine tuning of ACP for App Managers but we couldn't then i spoke to God.

Wait is level 4 even private anymore they could be reading it as we speak.
