Not only do PKRIs depend on how well the members of a clan does, but how well the people leading those members do.
That, would be you my raid leaders.
This PKRI is huge for right now. It's not even funny how big this is. We win, we get confidence. We win, we get positive publicity. We win, we get recruitment done. We win, things for WG go a lot better.
You, along with myself, (and two other council members) will be the ones leading this fight. It is crucial that we all know what we are doing when the time arises. The heat of the battle is pretty intense and you often don't have time to do something as smooth or quick as you want to.
This post is mainly to get you ready. What you will need, what you will need to do.
1. Rune sets
Nothing like a leader running out of rune huh? I want you all to have at LEAST 15 rune sets. Clans tend to pile the fall in leader a lot. I've probably died more than some of you combined just because I lead the fall ins. I know it may seem like much to ask for 15, that's not much at all. 20+ should be what I'm telling you to get. Heck even 25. So please stock up on rune now. You can always sell them later if you don't need them, but you should always have a good amount anyway, being a raid leader after all.
2. Teamspeak
I know you Katie are exempt, so ignore this. I need you all to be on teamspeak, with microphones. This is so important it's sick. I know two of you do already, so Karel, do you have a mic? If not, can you get one? Just be on teamspeak guys, mic or not, we need you there.
3. Fall ins/communication
I'm telling you right now you will have to do a lot of fall ins. So, communication between us all is key. I am not setting a list of who has priority over who, that is up to you. Lets say all 5 people are alive. I would more than likely be the one incharge. I die. Stokenut says on teamspeak "I'll take over". Now you know he's there. Stoke dies. One of you would have to step up, tell the others you are taking over, and do so. It's very simply, simply say during a pile who will call the next fall in if it's needed. Not hard.
4. Piling
Piling the right person is very important. Stick to low levels and leaders. Hybrids too if you can spot them out. Low levels generally can't tank well and more times than none run out of rune faster. Leaders are also key, without them they are lost.

Now, I want all 4 of you to reply to this. With your reply, I want to see a picture of at least 15 rune sets in your bank. That is all I ask of you, any questions ask me.

Its a little known fact but i do have a mic, my voice sucks though.
