Recruitment

It's obvious at the Moment that we have recently had a slow Income of Members and the one's who have Joined are actually Ex-Members. We aren't really getting any new blood into Wildguard which could affect us soon because we won't keep getting these Ex-Members coming back.
Now the point of my topic is asking you for Help/Ideas on recruitment, at the moment we have the Personal Message system on Runescape Community which His_Lordship set up, but I think im the only person doing it at the current time...and I'm actually not doing it as much as I should be.
We haven't really got a Decent RSC Recruitment topic material apart from the stuff which I threw together...however RSC have recently 'edited' some stuff to make it now unuse-able.
Aswell as improving our Recruitment Material
I'd personally like Wildguard Members to get more into Recruiting and not just us posting on Topics maybe it be Friends/Family or people they have met on Runescape, however its not as simple as it may seem as they for some reason don't do it...
I'm asking you guys for Ideas on how we could get them to and to Help with some Material, I know with His_Lordship being back he will probably have a trick or two up his sleeve however he needs to settle down and already has alot on his plate to deal with so I think it would be good for us to deal with it until then.
I don't really want a 'Mass' Recruit fest but instead a stedy flow of members, maybe 3 Intros per week and 1 Applicant?
So do we get Robert to make a IRL Recruitment video or do we stick to Formatted Runesape Community/Other fansites.. I'd like you advice on what we should do, I know Clans have flash posts, videos, voice recorded material but what would be best for us?

I'll be totally honest, Recruitment is my biggest Weakness.
I have never really been in the position to be 'recruited to a clan, as both clans I have been in I have been recruited into by a friend or joined because of friends in that clan.... Valdremia was the person that I joined WG for.
As a result if I'm being totally honest I dont really know what works and what doesnt in reagrd to recruitment.
I am happy to help out with making/assembling material if we were to make another recruitment video, however unlike some of you guys I would rather not talk/have myself recorded on any of these video's as there is only so far I will go for WG/anything RS related.
I do have a fairluy large amount of screenies on my HD that I can prvoide, I also have a rather large amount uploaded onto a Photobucket account (which I have subsequently forgotten the PW to lol) which I can provide if needed.
I am sure Eugene will have some brilliant idea's for recruiting, and hopefully I will be able to help out with those.

We need media. The new Flash won't be out for ages.
Recruitment events sort of work.
But recruiting on Runescape is risky.
It produces inactives at much higher quantities.
RSC continues to be the best.
Referrals too. Most top clans recruit through referral... asking friends of friends.

Of the people we recruited from the house parties we had during CWPl I can only think of one who remains.... Darth Magul.

Perhaps, but I've always seen underbanners as lame.

Huh, why me? O.O
Anyways, in all honesty, I suck at recruitment. I've tried recruiting on both RS and RSC, and failed miserabally. I ofcourse would help come up with material for recruitment, but I'm not sure how well I would do using it.
If you have any ideas, including people recording their voices, I'd be in for that, but I'm not to keen on videoing myself.

A very good start. Clear up the font though. I recommend Calibri. But this looks stunning. Continue on with it.
