From Today till 20th Wednesday February 2008, you may do the Apps. Please Please Please do them correctly. If you have ANY doubts at all, don't hesitate to ask.
You'll be able to have access to the ACP, Don't do anything silly, all the actions are logged.

Here is how this is going to work.
No one will be allowed full admin status. You may read an app and if you approve it you may pm me or any council member or Robbie.
We will change their status. Please continue to update the memberlist however with the new member.

Jenny, you're probably right, but they've had ACP for one week, which you probably failed to notice, and nothing went wrong while they had it, only good came out of it. We need our Apps to be dealt with instantly, and I don't think the current Council state can offer that, especially when me or Steve's not on.
Anyway, I'm giving ACP to:
-Community Leaders
-Skill Leaders
Since they are secure ranks and not Trials, please forgive me if you feel offended.

Also, May I remind Tertiary Leaders that people can't be added to the Main ML.
