So I clicked your link and saw the name, and I've seen there recent hit La La La (wasn't impressed), and I was expect the same some this song.

First off, I am a indy-rock, 60's 70's rock/psychedelic kind of guy, and I was very surprised after going through this song you linked. It's one of the few ... I wanna call it rap ... although it's more of a R&B-Electronic fusion mix, that I actually not only find catchy, but also one of the few with a true emotional feeling and meaning behind it. I really like the positive vibe that comes from it, it might be the fact that it's one of the few rap-type songs that's not filled with gang violence, drug gangster shit, or it just might be the Yes factor throughout the song. In general, if this was the new direction rap would be going towards, I might change my mind that not all rap is douchebaggery... I can only hope.

So as a rating, if 10 was the best song ever made EVER in all genres, it's a 3.5/10, but if 10 was the best RAP song, then I'd vote around a 8.5/10
