Me in general
Hi there, I'm Zhuolun Yao, RSN: Zyao
I'm 19 years old, currently living in London, England. Originally from China, I moved here when I was about four years old
(Bilingual - Mandarin and English)
Erm theres not much to say about me really, I love to meet new people... Young, old, silly or sensible. (All I ask is that they're friendly ;D)
I'd like to think I can get on well with most people ^.^ but I'd be lying if I said I never got into disagreements =P
I like to read and write when I get the time, I'm also a bit of a geek - loved to game as a little'un and not much as changed.
Only sport I really play on a regular basis is Street Hockey - being a speed freak and all, I'm addicted to it <3.
I've applied to be a med student, still waiting on Unis for that. I know what most people who read this will be thinking... RS and med school doesn't really go together...
Well.. the rational part of me has died, the irrational part tells me that I -should- be able to organise my time accordingly.
RS and Me
Friend introduced me to Runescape in may '05, so its coming up to 3 years that I've been "playing".
I actually took a year off Runescape, only got back a couple of days ago..was prompted me to quit was losing -a lot- of time and effort - which amounted to about 600 million GP.
To cut a long story short, my abridged rs story:
- Happy naive zyao always doing stuff with friends.
- Makes some money
- Scammed
- Makes more money
- Hacked
- Makes around 160 mill
- "Friend" scams it all in one night
- Tired of making money the conventional way, lets try staking
- Oh dear, I'm now addicted to staking. T_T
- Makes money
- loses money
- Takes a break
- makes money
- loses money
- Takes a break
- This carries on for a while till I lose 600 mill in one night.
- "quits" for a year.
And here we are, back to the present,
Anyway not something I'm proud of
I had my own clan for a while and I have to say it was one of the best times I've had on RS, during which I met some really great people.
I chanced upon the youtube video introducing TWG today and I think I fell in love with what this Clan seemed to be about
I've made a few really irreplaceable friends on RS, I could only hope that the members of TWG will add to that and in return I could offer something worthwhile to this Clan.
