Training Mage?

I guess this goes here in suggestions, because I'm asking people to suggest things to me. 
Anyway, I'm training to 94 Mage, and Alching just isn't working for me because I don't have the cash/patience to wait for things to buy on the GE considering the limit on like EVERYTHING is 100.
So I need suggestions, how else should I get 94 Mage that's somewhat cost efficient?

Not sure about cost efficient, but perhaps use chaos runes with chaos gaunts on something?

Mage Metal Drags, this used to be effective back when I played. Or Barrows always seemed good mage exp to me. Ask me if you need info on either.

enchanting or use fire wave, try dking or metal dragons maybe

Slayer dart/fire wave at dks, drops pays for deaths, and it's good xp.

Pest Control maybe? If you want to alch, just buy off the forums (hence no limit.)

Enchant orbs or bolts to make some cash out of it

I used the mage training arena briefly. But, alching is probably the cheapest quick route there. Use the forums, not the GE
