All of RSC thinks we're a joke, every single clan out there is declaring on us because we suck wilderness wise right now, there is tension between the sectors, one alliance has been broken, one allied clan is dieing (3vo), our leadership is inactive, the list goes on.


We need something done. Now.

But, I ask you this, what CAN be done? We can only do so much. Look at our members now. We don't have that many good choices who we can trust with a leadership roll to help us out (tertiaries).

I don't know what this post is. I guess a mega-rant. Do we close down for a few days and restart fresh? Do we continue to slug along in our inactive weak form?

One thing we need is to clean up our fucking act. I cant believe that Stoke put a fricken stripper recruitment vid on RSC.
What the hell were you thinking? There are kids there. I have begged you all for a long time to think about our image, when I have tried to uphold a moral standard I have been called every name in the book.
That is the reason that BoS broke our alliance. I have done my best to protect WG and to support our members.
But we have to draw the line somewhere at unacceptable behaviour, its not being a prude to want to protect kids from people who arent safe to be around.

I have been labeled a hard ass, but at least I have done my best to keep our image clean.

I used to feel this was my family and that Wg was a home.
People like Buzz and the lack of respect and the constant bickering and drama have taken all joy out of this place.
At this point I dont see what doing away with the sectors will do. It will be mass confusion and the skillers arent going to magically want to come fight.
The inactive community isnt going to want to fight.
The fighters arent going to want to skill.
At least the sectors allow people to do what they want to do.
I suggest we sit down and prune the list. If people are not active then kick out there butt. We will have a smaller member list but it will be a true picture of what we have.
The member list makes us look stronger than we are.
We honestly should not be in the R A W list but thats not my decision to make.
We have to start today, this minute with a commitment from everyone, if we want to turn this around.
It isnt about recruitment, its about what has made us great, we have lost sight of that.
Respect for the individual has been lost.

Another thing that is going on are council members making decisions about important things without posting for approval or posting here what the hell you are doing.
You are taking it upon yourself to do things we may not all agree with. I would appreciate it if you would at least do us all the courtesy of posting in level 4 what you are doing.

I guess the last few lines are directed to me. Hey Jenny, I'm doing the jobs on my list, I've done some of yours as well, and now you're stopping me from doing the rest. One of them is Recruitment.

And I CANNOT believe how you just undermined me there, For the past few weeks I have NEVER attempted to undermine you, I always come on and ASK you first, which is pretty annoying.

Reason I gave Tertiary Leaders ACP - We have no Application Managers (They had access to ACP). We can trust our Tertiary Leaders into the access of the ACP.

You failed to notice that they had it for one week, nothing went wrong with that, do you not trust them? It's only 4 days Jenny, it will revert back to normal once I introduce the new App Managers.

So yeah, as I said, it's a limited time only. If you're afraid that your Council Rank will be removed, that cannot happen since Robbie has added that to the Root.

You misunderstand me Abs, and once again jump to the wrong conclusion about this.
Why would I be scared of losing anything? You always take me the wrong way.

There was a time we had one person doing applications, it worked well. We dont have that many people applying right now that we as a council can't handle it.
Lordy and I used to do it as a team, he recruited and I processed the applications.
Then when you got council you took over and I was out of the loop, no worries there.
We dont need them to do this. Its not that hard or that time consuming.

If you give out admin cp to tertiary leaders you are setting up for a disaster.

You didnt discuss it with the rest of the council ,,you just did it. That is what level 4 is here for, to discuss things. We are a team and you are not being a team player.
We are all needed. Don't just do something with out discussion or at least posting it here. It would be greatly appreciated.
